Our dogs are our personal companions, raised and live inside our country home as family with access to our beautiful 10 acre farm property. We take the health of our dogs very seriously but approach life with dogs in an easy, common sense manner that helps families to understand how to raise a well rounded, self assured dog. Our dogs are friendly, eager to please and most of all loving with children and other animals.

What is an 'English Teddy Bear Doodle'?

 

The English Teddy Bear is derived from European lineage that produces a thick bone structure and wide body style giving our Goldendoodle puppies their signature 'Teddy Bear Goldendoodle' look.

Temperment & Personality:

 

Goldendoodles and Labradoodles alike are an intelligent and obedient family companion. They are full of personality and have a zest for life. They are everybody's friend and devoted to their family. They are friendly towards children, other pets and are very social dogs that are happiest when with their family. Their intelligence, eagerness to please and love of learning make them easy to train. 

​

As a hybrid cross both Goldendoodles and Labradoodles require a moderate amount of exercise, their coats do require clipping as they do not shed. They are easily adaptable to any lifestyle and can live in the city or country. Miniature, Toy and Micros are very versatile and love activities such as hiking, boating, longboarding, kyaking, etc. They are excellent companions who love to relax with their family when they are not participating in activities. Their life expectancy is approximately 15 years.

Both Goldendoodles and Labradoodles are earmarked as exceptional emotional support animals. This means families that are also looking for support related to stress, anxiety, depression, general mental health/happiness and support for physical disabilities/illness can take comfort in knowing that the puppies we offer are well suited to this line of work.

Our Dogs:

Our females are all European (English Teddy Bear); produced by crossing health certified lineage with a registered Miniature/Toy Poodle from health certified lineage. 

 

Our 2 males are purebred, health tested, CKC registered Miniature & Toy Poodles, each with beautiful curly coats that are non-shedding and hypo-allergenic, this is carried forward from their lineage of registered parents and grandparents.

 

 Miniature, Toy and Micro Goldendoodles and Labradoodles are very low to no shed (depending on generation) and live easily with families with moderate to severe allergies.

When Puppies are Available:

 

Puppies are adopted out via non-breeding contract only. They will receive a comprehensive health exam, first vaccination, flea/tick treatment and worm treatments. Puppies will also be accompanied by a puppy pack that includes a blanket, toy, a bag of high quality dog food, a harness and a leash. All puppies will be offered with a 5 year health guarantee against life threatening hereditary genetic diseases. All items listed above are sent home for the benefit of your puppy therefor no discounts are offered if you already have these items or if you choose not to take them.

This is for the health/welfare and safety of the puppy and much less stressful for puppy and new family. We offer various delivery options, all of which include human companionship for the duration of thier travel.

We do not guarantee size, coat colour, coat texture, energy levels or hypoallergenic/non-shedding qualities. These crosses will often produce puppies in the same litter with different variations of each of these qualities. Gender and size cannot be guaranteed for advanced reservations.

 

No cross breed dog is eligible to be registered with the 'Canadian Kennel Club (CKC)' or the 'American Kennel Club (AKC)' therefor there are no 'registered' Goldendoodles/Labradoodles or Goldendoodle/Labradoodle breeders. Some breeders are required to obtain a provincial or general kennel license simply meaning they are inspected in the province of which they reside and are provided with a 'registration" number (if available in their province). Some breeders choose to become members with general alternative dog clubs or independent registration organizations. Goldendoodles and Labradoodles are cross breeds of which there are no breed standards that are recognized through the CKC or the AKC.

Advanced Reservations:

We do not breed puppies just for the sake of breeding puppies. Our dogs are very much a part of our family and as such we take great care when considering breeding. We take advanced reservations only as our way of ensuring that potential adopters take the life long commitment of adding a puppy to their family very seriously.
